Except for your personal details, we are asking you to submit a photo of yourself which will be used in a Roll call of participants to be presented at the beginning of the Council Meeting. Please have the photo ready to upload when prompted during registration.
When your registration is complete you will have a username and password with which you will be able to log in the Council Meeting website and manage your details as well as book lunches, professional visits and social events closer to the Council Meeting, in May – June 2020. Please note that these log in details are different from your WFOT website log in details.

Not Attending
If your association is not planning to have a representative at the Council Meeting in Hong Kong 2020 please fill in the form below if you would like to leave a message to be read at the beginning of the Council Meeting and/or to assign a proxy.
This form is to be filled out by one representative of a Member Organisation that is not going to attend the Council Meeting.
Non-Participant Observers
Non-participant observers may attend WFOT Council Meetings in order to provide an opportunity for members of the profession to acquaint themselves with the working of Council and to foster positive relationships between the profession and the activities and functions of WFOT.
Non-participant observers will not participate in the discussion unless invited and are expected to cover their own cost of travel, meals and accommodation.
