The WFOT 34th Council meeting will be held from 24th to 28th August 2020 inclusive, in the Grand Ballroom III, Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East, Hong Kong.

The Focus Session will take place on the morning of the first day of the Council Meeting
Venue: Cielo – Steakhouse & Bar, Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East, Tower 5, 3 Tong Tak Street, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong
Date and Time: Monday 24th August 2020, 17:30 – 19:30
Immediately after the closing of the first day of the Council Meeting, the Welcome event will take place at the roof-top bar of the hotel. Unlimited soft drinks, orange juice, house beer, house red and white wine and 3 choices of hot and cold delicacies including 1 vegetarian option.
Please note that halal, kosher, vegan and gluten free dietary requirements cannot be catered for at this event.
Food Allergy Disclaimer: Every attempt will be made to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction for those with food allergies. However, there is always risk of contamination as products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds and capsicum, may be used in the same kitchen. Following the professional visits, delegates will have some time to rest before the farewell social event. Coaches will depart the Council meeting venue (Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East) at 17:30. After a short ride (approx. 15 minutes), Delegates will walk through Lei Yu Mun Fish Market, a fascinating tourist attraction and then arrive at the restaurant.
The menu will be Hong Kong Style Seafood Banquet with shrimp, fish, lobster, scallop, shellfish. A vegetarian option will available.

Professional visits have been arranged at 5 different sites and will occur on Thursday 27th August in the afternoon.
Coaches (cost $15) will depart Council meeting venue (Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East) at 13:30 (after lunch) and will return at 16:30.
