Would you like to assign a proxy?^*

A proxy is the representative of another Member Organisation attending the Council Meeting, who you would authorise to cast votes on your association's behalf on any and all matters to be voted upon at this Council Meeting. Please note that only Full Member Organisations that have no Membership Fees arrears have the right to assign a proxy and only to another Full Member Organisation that has no Membership Fees arrears. We would recommend that you communicate with the Member Organisation you are planning to assign a proxy to before completing this form.
