Non-participant observers may attend WFOT Council Meetings in order to provide an opportunity for members of the profession to acquaint themselves with the working of Council and to foster positive relationships between the profession and the activities and functions of WFOT. Non-participant observers will not participate in the discussion unless invited and are expected to cover their own cost of travel, meals and accommodation.
