JPY 3,000 per programme

On-site Registration is not available

Attention:

All courses have set number for participants, and the admission is approved first-come-first-served basis.
Participants will not be able to change the course after completing Registration for Clinical Visit. If you wish to make any changes, please contact the WFOT Registration Office at [email protected].
Participants will be able to apply one course per person.
Only Participants who regsiter for the WFOT Congress 2014 can attend Clinical Visit.
Details of facilities at Kanagawa(Yokohama) area will be announced to participants when it gets nearer to the event.
Also, please be reminded that the course(s) may be cancelled if the number of participants does not reach the required number for the programme(s).
If this is the case, the admission fee will be refunded after the congress. The same cancellation policy is applied as the congress registration. For more details, please click here.
