16th International Congress of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists in collaboration with the 48th Japanese Occupational Therapy Congress and Expo

Kintetsu International the official travel agency for Congress 2014 will assist the congress participants in making hotel reservations through the online system, KOBA.

Hotels in Kannai Area (one train station away from the congress venue)
Hotels in Yokosuka Area (approx. one hour away by train from the congress venue)

Plan and Price:

A choice of No-meal Plan and Breakfast Inclusive Plan are available.
The price is per room per night including service charge and tax.
Breakfast is included in the price in Breakfast Inclusive Plan.

How to Book Hotel Rooms?

You can book hotel rooms through the online system, KOBA. To access KOBA, please log in your "My Page" and click "Hotel Reservation". If you do not have "My Page", please create it first.
A list of hotels and prices is available on KOBA page.

To cancel or modify your reservation, please access KOBA again through your "My Page".

Application Deadline

The application deadline is 24:00, May 12, 2014 (Japan Time).
Reservations will be served on a first-come first-served basis and rooms may be sold out before the deadline.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

*Advanced payment by credit card is required to confirm you reservation.

*Cancellation fees are subject to each hotel’s terms and conditions. The details of the cancellation policy will appear on the screen at a time of reservation.
