Badges
- Confirmation will be sent by email to all registrants early in June. Please print out the email and bring it with you on-site. The badges will be delivered at the entrance, Foyer of the 2nd floor of the Conference Center.
Instead of printing, showing the email on the mobile phone is not accepted. - Please carry the badge with you at all time during the congress. Attendance to the sessions without certificates is not allowed.

June 16Education Day
On-site registration is available with a limited number of seats.
- On-site registration is available at room 301 of the Conference Center 3F in Pacifico Yokohama.
- Because of the limited number of seats, when it becomes fully booked, the on-site registration will be closed.
June 17Pre-congress Workshop
Registration is closed. On-site registration is NOT available.
- Participants are required to wear the congress name badge provided at the Registration Desk of the congress venue.
June 17Welcome Reception for accompanying person(s)
A limited number of day tickets are available.
- Participants are required to carry the congress name badge.
- Accompanying person is required to carry the “ACCOMPANY” badge provided at the Registration Desk of the congress venue.
June 19Congress Party
Sold out. On-site registration is NOT available
- Due to the large number of booking and no cancellations, day tickets will not be available.
- Attendees are required to carry the congress badge. Also the Congress Party Ticket should be presented at the entrance of the party venue. Please note that admission may not be accepted without the Congress Party Ticket.
