If you would like to pay in RAND by wire transfer only you can register online here … ZAR REGISTRATION ONLY.
Registration fees in ZAR* (South African Rand)
The option to pay by wire transfer in ZAR is only open to residents of South Africa. The ZAR rate has been set to reflect the volatility of the currency. At different points in time this may be more or less than the USD fee, reflecting shifts in the global currency market. South African delegates can choose to pay in USD by using the Main Registration form.
Payments
If you are experiencing technical difficulties processing your credit card for WFOT registration payments, please take note of the error message. You may have insufficient funds, a USD limit on transactions or need to contact your bank to allow the transaction to be processed outside of your country. * After midnight 1 May (AEST) all payments are by credit card only. Payment after 1 May cannot be made by bank transfer.

Member Rate:
To qualify for the Member Rate, you must be an Individual Member of WFOT, or a member of your National Association (which in turn must be a Member Association of WFOT). Your membership status will be verified with the relevant Association. Click here for details of which National Associations are WFOT members.
Student Rate:
The Student Rate applies to those who are a student at the time of registration and the congress period. Students are those studying full time to become an occupational therapist, or qualified occupational therapists who are undertaking full time doctoral studies or similar. A valid document, i.e. student card, letters issued by the school/university/institution must accompany the student registration.
Occupational Therapy Assistants Rate:
To qualify for the Occupational Therapy Assistants Rate you must be a member of a national WFOT Member Organisation.
Retired Occupational Therapists Rate:
These fees are for members only and require proof of retirement.
'Other Economies' Rate:
To qualify for the 'other economies' rate, you must be from a country that is not classified as 'high income' according to the attached document or world bank classification.
Entitlements
Full Registration Entitles the Delegate to:
- All conference sessions on 22 – 25 May 2018
- Lunch, morning and afternoon teas on 22 – 25 May 2018 (no afternoon tea on Friday 25 May)
- Conference satchel, program handbook and delegate materials
- Welcome Reception on 22 May 2018
Day Registration Entitles the Delegate to:
- All conference sessions on the day of registration
- Lunch, morning and afternoon teas on the day of registration (no afternoon tea on Friday 25 May)
- Conference satchel, program handbook and delegate materials
- Welcome reception on 22 May 2018 (Tuesday and Wednesday delegates only)
Other Events
- Delegate Registration fee includes the admission to Welcome Reception. Additional tickets will be available at additional cost.
- Congress Party costs are additional to Congress Registration. Delegates and Accompanying Persons must purchase individual tickets to attend the Congress Party. Congress Party tickets will be purchased at the first-come-first-served basis.
- Visits to local clinical and educational facilities will be arranged during the congress. More details to follow
