Prime Booths are located on the entry level of Espacio Riesco, directly outside the plenary and session rooms, close to speaker preparation area, registration desk and amongst catering. Standard booths are located on the lower level outside session rooms, poster display and in amongst catering stations.

Recognised as the sponsor of Welcome Reception, with logo prominently displayed on printed material, signage at entrance, branding throughout function with opportunity for brief welcoming remarks.

Congress Dinner $US 5000
Recognised as the sponsor of Congress Dinner, with logo prominently displayed on printed material, signage at entrance, branding throughout function with opportunity for brief welcoming remarks.

Congress Satchel $US3300
All Congress delegates will receive a Congress satchel. Sponsorship includes

- Supply of pads and / or pens with sponsor logo

Name Badge Lanyards $US4500
All delegates will be issued with a name tag and lanyard to be worn throughout the Congress. Sponsorship includes
- Sponsoring company logo on all lanyards
- Logo and listing in Congress program handbook
- Logo on sponsors page on website
Lanyards to be supplied by the Sponsor and approved by the WFOT 2010 Committee

Poster Display $US3500
Poster presenters will place their posters on boards provided by the Congress. Sponsorship includes

- Acknowledgement as Poster Display sponsors in congress program and on website

- Logo on sponsors page on website

Internet Café $US4500
Space will be made available in the main exhibition area for an internet cafe. Sponsors must provide at least 4 terminals and internet connection. Sponsorship includes
- Branding of the area and home page of the screens (at sponsors expense)
- Internet area will be advertised in the congress program and also on the website
- Insert of one A4 size page into satchels or an item – subject to approval by committee
- Logo and listing in Congress program handbook
- Logo on sponsors page on website

Product Launch (available only in addition to sponsorship / exhibition investment) $2,200

Network Terrace (Price on application)
This centrally located area with its ‘alfresco ambience’ will host speaker networking areas and be a focal point for other activities and general networking. The sponsors of this will have branding opportunities for this area, with all references in the Congress program and in Congress chair announcement to the XYZ (sponsors name) Networking Terrace Area.

Breakfast Session / Sponsored Session (Price on application)
Choose a session within the existing program to sponsor or develop a tailored breakfast session with the delegates. Sponsorship of this item includes naming and branding rights for session. Subject to approval by committee.
